All free opds and follow ups are not recommended every visit , if asked consultation charges it's not wrong . Time has value . With Dr Santosh my experience was best and successful surgery piles . Staff should not quarrel in front of patient Staff should be more professional
Experience with hexa healthcare was good but hospital was not at all good, hospital staff was not at all supportive in any manner. There was no clarity on billing and infact they misplaced our medicine as well. After all the procedure were done they were asking for extra money whereas they have not mentioned this earlier. So overall, experience with hospital was very pathetic.
If you would make all the preauth approval of health Insurance before admission of patients would be better that won't bother any one.
My approval received on time but Hexa insurance team is so confused in initial and final approval, Hospital was giving them clarification back to back but they are not ready to understand this thing. Overall experience is good but talk about insurance my experience is not up to the mark.
Hexa health service is good, Hospital TPA took lot of time to process all things. Long discharge process but other experience is good.
Every single doubt cleared by Bhupesh before surgery and hexa health services are excellent.
Sir all things are good only for patent relatives you not giving food
Post circumcision surgery, my penis becoming very red while doing intercourse. Sometimes even minor cuts and blood oozing outs are observed near suregery area. So don't know whether the surgery decision was right or not?
